The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and achieving department goals, with hands-on leadership of staff and collaboration with maintenance to prevent downtime while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in supervisory/management role.
• 2-3 years in industrial/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee equipment to ensure good working order.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to repair breakdowns promptly.
• Lead continuous improvement across responsibilities.
• Meet individual and department targets and goals.
• Observe safety rules and lead safety meetings.
• Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
