Avient Corporation is seeking a reliable production operator to set up and run blending or extrusion machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will follow strict procedures, document production data, and participate in safety programs within a manufacturing plant setting.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment while maintaining compliance with ISO and EH&S guidelines.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred.
• Prior experience operating production equipment, machinery, or manufacturing processes preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to identify equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Sets up and starts all machines, checking controls for adherence to blending or extrusion procedures.
• Monitors production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation; troubleshoots issues.
• Operates machinery to mix or extrude ingredients according to procedures and specs.
• Completes SAP transactions and documents work, production logs and data reports.
• Supports training of new employees and re-training of current staff.
