Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. in Riverside, MO, is seeking a hands-on Production Lead for nights to guide the production floor, ensure safe, efficient bottling operations, and uphold the highest standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you'll coach and train employees, drive safety, track performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring start-ups, changeovers, and downtime are managed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support production line start-ups, changeovers, operations, and shutdowns.
• Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and support to production employees.
• Assist with employee performance evaluations by sharing observations and feedback.
• Verify that all production and quality checks are completed accurately and on time.
• Report equipment issues, downtime, quality concerns, safety incidents, and injuries promptly.

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Production Lead to provide daily leadership and support on our production floor. In this role, you will help ensure our bottling lines operate safely, efficiently, and meet the highest standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the Production Supervisor , you'll play a key role in employee training, safety, production performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you are dependable, team-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Support production line start-ups, changeovers, operations, and shutdowns

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, stoop, push, and pull
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Communicate verbally throughout the workday
• Work around moving production equipment and machinery
• Work in wet, humid, hot, cold, and noisy manufacturing environments
• Wear required PPE, including hearing protection
