Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Production Manager at the Switchgear facility in Alpharetta, GA. You will lead a team responsible for the design, manufacture, test, and support of switchgear systems, ensuring safe, quality, and efficient production in a global, customer-focused environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop employees, and partner with engineering, project management, and operations to meet business objectives while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop employees in manufacturing/production environments.
• Promote and reinforce a safety-first culture with adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and project management.
• Strong communication across production staff and professional stakeholders.
• Experience using production metrics and data to support staffing and production decisions.

Responsibilities
