Job summary

Screen Pro Graphics in Texas is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all apparel decoration production, including screen printing, embroidery, DTG, and DTF. You will lead production teams, optimize workflows, ensure quality, and scale systems as the company grows.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all decoration departments (Screen Printing, Embroidery, DTG Production, DTF Production).
• Manage production schedules and workflow priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor capacity, labor efficiency, and department performance.
• Coordinate production planning with sales, customer service, art, and fulfillment teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Develop scalable workflows and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Lead, motivate, and manage production staff and department leads.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce development.
• Ensure departments are properly staffed and operating efficiently.
• Track production KPIs including output efficiency, turnaround times, error/reprint rates, labor productivity, department capacity.
• Provide operational updates and reporting to ownership; assist with forecasting production needs and growth.
