Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a strong track record in lean practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
• Develop production schedules and coordinate workflow across departments to meet customer demand.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, material utilization, and waste reduction.
• Analyze key production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Ensure assets, equipment, inventory, and resources are effectively managed and maintained.
