Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Production Maintenance) in Murfreesboro, TN to lead a technical team across Maintenance, HVAC and Fluids, delivering lean improvements and cost optimization aligned with MAHLE Production System.

You will drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement through data-driven methods, develop budgets, and mentor technicians while collaborating with plant leadership to support new programs and asset health.

Qualifications

10 years of Production Maintenance experience required.
Automotive manufacturing industry engineering experience strongly preferred.
Proven understanding & successful application of Lean and Six Sigma in CI projects.
Knowledge of TPM, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability and Condition Monitoring Systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Strong understanding and control of safety codes to realize hazards.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Build and execute a lean, continuous improvement roadmap aligned with MPS principles.
Partner with plant leadership to drive cultural transformation and talent development.
Improve and simplify processes to enhance reliability, predictability, and efficiency.
Lead and develop Maintenance, HVAC, and Fluids teams for high performance.
Champion a data-driven approach to process management and program launches.
Conduct cost, quality, productivity, flow, and root-cause analyses to reduce losses.
Establish standards and policies for equipment maintenance and uptime.
Develop and manage operational and capital budgets for asset health.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to strengthen cost competitiveness.
Ensure safety codes compliance and a safe work environment.
