FlowerHire is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day production operations in a high-volume cannabis manufacturing facility in Fall River, MA. You will manage a team of ~25 across two shifts, ensure schedules, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and develop supervisors to improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes accountability, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees across shifts.
• Strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a production team of ~25 across two shifts.
• Oversee daily kitchen and production operations to meet schedules and targets.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and shift handoffs for consistency.
• Develop, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance and safety.
• Establish SOPs and operating standards; pursue efficiency and quality gains.
• Maintain hands-on presence on the production floor; address challenges.
• Partner with operations and quality teams to meet facility goals.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, policies, and regulatory procedures.
• Support introduction and scale-up of new products and SKUs.
