Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled production finance analyst to support the Naval Shipboard Mission Area, focusing on the SM3/ESSM portfolio. You will join a team performing EACs and EVMS while shaping change management protocols across stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and timely decisions.

The role requires strong Excel and BI tool proficiency, clear communication, and the ability to drive executive-ready presentations in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Citizenship: U.S. required to access information.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills with peers and leadership.
• Understanding of EACs cradle-to-grave and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Support the Naval Shipboard Mission Area, SM3/ESSM portfolio.
• Execute production finance processes including EACs and EVMS.
• Construct and implement change management protocols.
• Provide guidance, insights, and 분석 to stakeholders.
• Transfer knowledge across multifunctional teams and resolve conflicts.
