Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Track record of leading teams on industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead engineering teams that work with operations and maintenance to ensure safe, sustainable, and profitable processes.
• Define engineering workflows and plans for the team.
• Lead design concept/development efforts and vet/validate proposed solutions.
• Partner with project management to identify milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor design processes to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Review designs for simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and robustness.
