Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Lead Production Associate for the Vinyl Special Shapes Department. The role supervises the line, reads production schedules and orders to determine items to gather for production per quality standards.

Day shift 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday, starting rate $21 per hour. Full-time permanent position with benefits beginning day 1, including medical, dental, and vision, plus 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience reading a tape measure is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to take directions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production line and coordinate activities.
• Read production schedules, orders and requisitions to determine items for production.
• Maintain high-level quality control within the department.
• Complete daily logs and wear PPE as required.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
