Job summary

AXN Industries in Colorado is seeking a boots-on-the-floor Production Associate to lead-by-example in a boutique manufacturing environment that runs 100–10,000-unit batches. You’ll formulate, mix, batch, and maintain strict documentation to support cGMP and USDA Organic standards.

You'll work with 20+ beauty, wellness, and supplement brands, execute core tasks, and grow into a production leadership role through hands-on training, overtime during peak periods, and a culture focused on quality and

Qualifications

• Experience formulating and manufacturing products (cosmetic, supplements, or food).
• Familiarity with cGMP and SOPs; able to maintain production documentation.
• Detail-oriented but fast-paced; organized chaos is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and lead within a hands-on environment.
• Strong communication skills to lead people and collaborate with warehouse/production teams.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment on the production floor.
• Formulate batches for multiple categories.
• Maintain and update production documentation and SOPs.
