Job summary

Thankful in Colorado Longmont is seeking a focused production associate to lead hands‑on formulation and batch preparation. You’ll operate equipment, formulate multiple product lines, and maintain meticulous production records to ensure quality and compliance with cGMP standards.

You’ll work closely with the production team, follow SOPs, and contribute to on‑time delivery while embracing overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in formulating and manufacturing products (cosmetic, supplements or food preferred).
• Experience with cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation — you know how to follow (and enforce) the rules.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment to support production and batch formulation.
• Formulate products across multiple categories.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs in line with cGMP and USDA Organic standards.
• Drive daily production with hands‑on formulation, mixing and batching.
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met and operations run smoothly.
