Core Responsibilities
1. Medical Equipment Assembly
- Complete the assembly of medical equipment with precision and care
- Troubleshoot electrical components and systems
- Perform light fabrication using carpentry and mechanical tools
- Conduct thorough testing of finished products
2. Quality Assurance & Maintenance
- Maintain high quality standards for medical equipment
- Perform very basic building maintenance as needed
- Keep workshop and assembly areas organized and functional
- Identify potential improvements in product design and assembly processes
3. Technical Expertise & Support
- Apply plumbing and electrical aptitude to solve product challenges
- Support customers with practical, effective solutions
- Contribute your hands-on insights to product improvements
4. Occasional Field Support
- Primarily work from our facility with remote support capabilities
- Travel occasionally for on-site customer support
- Develop efficient approaches for solving problems with minimal disruption
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Know-How: Proficiency with carpentry and mechanical tools
- Electrical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot electrical components and systems
- Plumbing Skills: Basic understanding of plumbing concepts and applications
- Fabrication Ability: Experience with light fabrication and equipment modification
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
