We are seeking a qualified leader to oversee the second shift production operations at our River Falls facility. This role involves managing daily workflows, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead daily workflow to meet production goals, communicate priorities, and report deviations to the Production Supervisor.
  2. Ensure team understands customer specifications and quality standards; address quality concerns promptly.
  3. Support daily operations, maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  4. Train new employees and promote a positive, team-oriented environment.
  5. Communicate effectively with staff and management, providing feedback and resolving concerns.
  6. Recommend process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Recognize employee contributions and assist in performance reviews.
  8. Adhere to safety and confidentiality policies, and properly use tools, equipment, and PPE.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience or completion of a leadership program.
  • 3–5 years of painting or related production experience (preferred).
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Thorough understanding of production and quality processes.
  • Self-directed and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations.

Additional Information
