The Lead Product Manager partnersacross various multi-disciplinary teams at Humana to design, define and deliver clinical solutions to help drive improved health outcomes for our dual members – members that qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid.
The Lead Product Manager sits in the centerof strategy, design, technology, clinical, and operations and is responsible for owning the full end-to-end solution lifecycle.
Please note this is not a traditional product manager role. Many of our solutions are not digital in nature and do not always have a technology/engineering component.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,300 - $173,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
