Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

Rapid expansion of 5G network infrastructure requires digital supply chain systems that scale reliably across procurement, inventory, and logistics. Siloed operational requests, data discrepancies, and order processing bottlenecks impede hardware distribution efficiency. This role solves these challenges by translating business strategies into technical product roadmaps and standardizing workflows across warehouse, finance, and engineering teams. The position ensures continuous optimization of order latency, inventory accuracy, and system integration with enterprise platforms.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Drive the multi-year product roadmap for procurement, inventory management, and logistics systems to support 5G network expansion

  • Reduce order-to-ship latency and increase inventory accuracy by establishing clear system performance metrics and monitoring automated workflows

  • Leverage generative AI and machine learning tools to streamline requirement drafting, synthesize operational data, and predict inventory bottlenecks

  • Translate complex requirements from Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering into prioritized product backlogs and high-quality user stories

  • Oversee functional design and data integration between supply chain platforms, BSS/OSS enterprise systems, and external OEM partners

  • Guide junior product team members in user acceptance testing protocols and backlog refinement standards to elevate overall team output

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What You'll Bring)
  • Critical experience leading multi-year supply chain digital transformations across procurement, warehouse automation, and logistics

  • Deep functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory architecture

  • Strong skills in Agile/Scrum product ownership, backlog management, and user acceptance testing protocols

  • AI Application skills to integrate automated data interpretation and predictive modeling into product planning and operational workflows

  • Proven ability to map physical operational processes into streamlined digital workflows while resolving system performance bottlenecks

  • Advanced executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills, with a track record of presenting technical roadmaps to non-technical business leaders

Additional Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent product management certification

  • Familiarity with the mobile device lifecycle, including OEM procurement, SIM provisioning, and IMEI tracking

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, with 4+ years in Supply Chain or Logistics technology environments

  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 4 years of experience with:

    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (such as Oracle or SAP)

    • Agile/Scrum product management and backlog refinement tools
