Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT business analysis or product ownership within financial services.
- Experience supporting FIS OmniPlus/OmniRecordkeeping platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap with business and IT partners.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and coordinate delivery of complex initiatives across teams.
- Lead planning and architecting technology solutions for new products and services.
- Support fund trading operations and tax-related processes.
- Lead analysis and optimization of nightly batch processes.
- Write detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate enhancements.
- Assess costs, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions.
