Job description

The Lead Product Owner will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approach to deliver one or more large and/or complex securities finance initiatives in accordance with the product roadmap.

• Ability to work with other business stakeholders, analysts and agile team to deliver key strategic deliverables to client in timely manner.
• Understand the functionality and create a release roadmap with schedule in accordance with business priorities.
• Manage the overall effort to delivery of product and its capabilities within established key performance indicators.
• Prepares user and systems documentation as needed.
• Identifies and recommends Industry best practices.
• Ability to work within a team of agile developers and testers.
• Worked in a complex deadline driven projects with minimal supervision. Ability to design/develop with minimum requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, scrum leads, developers and managers.
• Engage with Clients as a Subject Matter Expert to understand requirements.
• Ability and proven track record to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with atleast 4 year of relevant experience.
• In-dept working knowledge for Agile Methodology and scrum concepts.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and presentation skills.
• Know how to write SQL queries for data analysis.
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual
