Carrier is seeking a Senior Ductless Product Manager in Indianapolis to lead strategy, roadmaps, and new product development for ductless HVAC systems. You will work with sales, engineering and launch teams to drive market adoption and profitability.

The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across business units in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years of engineering and/or product management experience in a technical/manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of HVAC industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, roadmaps, and commercialization for ductless HVAC products.
• Collaborate with regional sales, product engineers, and other departments to drive sales and margins.
• Develop pre-sale technical materials and customer-focused messaging.
• Conduct competitive analysis and voice of customer to guide features and benefits.
