Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions in Los Angeles seeks a senior Technical Business Development leader to manage top-tier silicon vendor relationships and drive hardware roadmaps for consumer electronics. You will translate roadmaps into specs and lead multi-party co-development with OEM/ODM partners.

Responsibilities include negotiating supply agreements, aligning thermal and performance mandates, and ensuring support for open-source frameworks on shipped systems. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in technical business development, alliance management or systems architecture with major vendors.
• Deep understanding of consumer electronics architectures and memory protocols.
• Experience with OEM/ODM hardware ecosystems, enterprise computing or AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage high-level technical and commercial relationships.

Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technical business development, alliance management, or systems architecture with major vendors in the consumer electronics industry
• Deep understanding of consumer electronics architectures, unified memory protocols, and local LLM orchestration
• Experience with OEM/ODM hardware ecosystem, enterprise computing, or AI infrastructure in consumer electronics
• Proven ability to manage high-level technical and commercial relationships with top silicon vendors in the consumer electronics space
• Knowledge of thermal management, hardware roadmaps, and embedded hardware development for consumer products
• Experience negotiating supply chains and securing hardware support from Tier-1 silicon suppliers
• Ability to translate complex hardware roadmaps into engineering requirements
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must
