Job summary

PayPal is hiring a Lead Product Manager to unify product strategy across Braintree's developer surfaces: mobile SDKs, web SDK, server SDKs, and GraphQL API. You will own GraphQL strategy, versioning, deprecation, and schema sign-off, and identify enterprise integration gaps to shape a practical roadmap.

You will influence executive reviews, prioritize roadmaps for SDKs and APIs, and own plans for sunsetting old versions while migrating merchants effectively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders aligned with the product vision for the PayPal platform and Braintree surfaces.
• Plans and implements an architectural roadmap balancing innovative design, regulatory requirements, time-to-market and profitability.
• Assesses customer experience and needs in product requirements and decision making.
• Sets up data gathering mechanisms for usability studies, research and market analysis to inform decisions.
• Leads analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data‑driven decisions and roadmap priorities.
