Capital Group seeks a Product Manager Lead within the American Funds Service Group (AFSG) to drive strategy, development, and delivery of products that create meaningful outcomes for clients and associates.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, translate business needs into actionable plans, and align priorities with customer value while shaping priorities and coordinating across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing product talent.
• Experience owning products, capabilities, or initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, development, and delivery of products and capabilities to create meaningful outcomes for clients and the business.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, translating needs into actionable product plans.
• Balance short-term priorities with longer-term objectives to maximize value and customer experience.
• Shape product priorities, enable cross-functional planning, and manage dependencies and risks.
