Job summary

Recruiting from Scratch is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for serverless GPU sandboxes. You will work directly with the GPU engineering pod to decide what to build, for whom, and in what order, including pricing and developer experience.

You will spend significant time with customers, translate pain points into a prioritized backlog, write clear specs, and ship weekly with engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Meaningful experience working on infrastructure, cloud compute, or developer platforms.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work directly with highly technical engineers and customers.
• Comfortable discussing virtualization and isolation models, compute infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience shipping developer-facing products with real adoption.
• Strong customer-discovery skills and ability to speak with users directly.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for serverless GPU sandboxes.
• Work directly with the GPU engineering pod and its engineering lead.
• Define product scope, who it serves, order, and pricing.
• Determine instance shapes, GPU types, regions, quotas, and developer experience.
• Define sandbox lifecycle features like snapshots and pausing.
• Spend significant time with customers (AI agents, RL teams, inference workloads).
• Translate pain points into a prioritized backlog and write clear specs.
• Prioritize scope and ship weekly with engineering.
• Shape pricing and packaging, including per-second GPU billing.
• Collaborate on margin modeling and GPU capacity planning.
