Publicis Media is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Search and Social Advertising to advance PAS analytics, reporting, and optimization across major channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Snap, etc.).

You will own PAS capabilities for activation, measurement, and optimization, working with engineering, data science, enablement, and marketplace teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality product solutions. A hybrid PM/Ad-tech SME profile is ideal.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in product management, ad tech, marketing technology, or related data-driven advertising role.
• Hands-on knowledge of search and social advertising, data management, engineering, reporting, optimization.
• Strong understanding of bidding mechanics, auction logic, and platform-specific rules.
• Experience with engineering teams on APIs, ETL pipelines, cloud technologies.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to PAS roadmap across search and social media measurement, benchmarks, and marketplace integrations.
• Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and user value; maintain the backlog.
• Define requirements for reports and features; ensure sprint readiness with Engineering.
