Midnite is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own complex problems across a Core UX and Core Internal foundation, turning regulatory requirements into clear product strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You’ll own strategy and roadmaps, collaborate closely with Engineering, Design and Compliance, and translate regulatory complexity into intuitive customer experiences and effective internal tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience building regulated customer journeys in fintech/gambling domains is highly valued.
• Ability to translate regulatory complexity into clear product strategy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, discovery, roadmaps and delivery for Core UX and Core Internal teams.
• Shape regulatory customer journeys (KYC, verification, affordability, safer gambling, player limits).
• Partner with Compliance to translate requirements into solutions and challenge assumptions.
• Improve internal systems, back-office tooling and automation for Compliance and operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design and Data through the Three Amigos model.
• Support international market expansion by building reusable capabilities for local requirements.
