Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Lead for the Payments Intelligence team to scope, design, and build intuitive features that optimize revenue while minimizing costs. You will work with engineers, data scientists, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and more to shape our intelligence platform and deliver measurable business impact.

You will develop long-term vision for Payments Analytics, set priorities, and run execution across a broad set of systems and technologies.

Qualifications

• Product management experience with strong business acumen and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Customer and partner facing experience; comfortable with stakeholders and external parties.
• Operationally capable of designing and leading cross-functional teams and processes.
• Analytical mindset: data-driven, user-focused, and results-oriented.
• Clear, precise communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Payments Analytics and the intelligence platform, prioritizing and creating an execution roadmap.
• Deeply understand user needs by engaging with developers, sales, and support, and by analyzing feedback, market trends, and data.
• Build and launch new capabilities and products that deliver significant value to customers.
• Set pace, priorities, and execution for the team.
• Work with diverse systems, processes, and technologies to solve technical and product problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations across the organization.
