The Role:
GM is hiring a Lead Product Manager, MarTech. This leadership role is at the intersection of marketing strategy and technology, responsible for building tools that enable our marketing teams to create compelling customer experiences and achieve performance marketing results.
You will manage the scope and teams responsible for designing and implementing MarTech platforms focused on audience creation, activation, and personalization. You will utilize best practices in product development, agile Scrum-based delivery, and strategic road-mapping to deliver modern marketing tools within a data-driven ecosystem across the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, privacy, and loyalty to develop cohesive product roadmaps. Additionally, you will work closely with Marketing Operations leaders to align on vision, strategy, and priorities.
This role requires a self-starter with deep expertise in marketing technology, proven experience in designing and building marketing tools like Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and others. Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge across the MarTech landscape, including personalization, media activation, email campaign management, CMS, AdTech, identity resolution, etc., with a strong understanding of data design to facilitate platform implementations.
