Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Principal Product Manager - Insurance Accounting (Private Funds) to guide the Private Funds System (LPx). You will lead a dedicated team and define the system’s functionalities based on client requirements and industry best practices, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver value.

You will engage with clients, oversee roadmap execution, and provide insights on investments, allocations, and risk metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the insurance accounting industry or as a technologist
• Strong understanding of private markets and insurance accounting needs
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Clearwater Private Funds System team
• Develop and maintain private funds focused products for client insights
• Define system functionalities from client needs and best practices
• Engage with clients to identify improvements and resolve issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to align roadmaps with objectives
• Provide insights on investments, allocations, and risk metrics
• Drive operational excellence with structured project management
