We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Lead Product Manager II) for our ShareFile product, focusing on vertical solutions. You will drive our vertical strategy by defining, designing, and delivering comprehensive industry-specific solutions, managing end-to-end workflows, and building strategic relationships.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for industry solutions.
- Define and prioritize solutions, create product roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvements.
- Build strategic relationships and integrations with key partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, legal, and sales teams for product launches.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and maintain relationships.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years in product management of B2B SaaS applications, with industry solutions or verticalization experience preferred.
- Experience in defining work process flows and user journeys.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and integrations.
- Strong product sense and customer understanding.
- Experience with validation, feedback, and testing methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
