In your first year, you will drive growth initiatives at multiple stages of the talent funnel as you leverage both AI and human expert recruiters. You will identify bottlenecks across the user journey, from recruitment to placement, and continuously optimize the experience. You will action data-driven strategies to scale the marketplace to serve more candidates and employers. Focus will be on the growth of both the supply and demand side of the marketplace.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience (4-8 years) in product management, ideally in a marketplace or talent solutions context
• Demonstrated success in driving user growth and engagement through data-informed strategies
• Experience in AI-powered platforms
