Job summary

Nuveen is seeking an AI Lead Product Manager to craft a comprehensive generative AI vision across finance, fraud, legal, and other units. You will work with customers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to define requirements, research markets, and present roadmaps and financial projections to senior leadership.

You will drive the transformation toward Hybrid/Augmented AI work practices and ensure alignment with Nuveen's goals and brand while exploring emerging technologies and prototypes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years in AI/ML domains.
• Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI products.
• 5+ years of Agile methodologies and design thinking.
• Direct experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product vision and strategy for generative AI use cases across departments.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to define requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for AI opportunities.
• Create roadmaps, business plans and financial projections for leadership.
• Align with company goals and brand through strategic planning and decisions.
• Lead emerging technology programs using AI/ML and other technologies.
• Interface with stakeholders to demonstrate future tech and build prototypes.
• Recommend IT architectures aligned with project goals.
