Job summary

Atlassian is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead core Focus capabilities within the Strategy Collection. You will shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution across planning, goals, reporting, insights, collaboration, administration, and integrations.

This role requires strong product judgment, enterprise SaaS depth, and the ability to influence product, engineering, design, data, GTM, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience applying AI-native product building across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, experimentation, evaluation and launch learning.
• Ability to co-build with customers and manage senior-level stakeholders on the customer side.

Responsibilities

• Define Focus product vision, roadmap, and operating plan for Strategy Collection.
• Lead AI-native product building across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, experimentation, and launch planning.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI/automation opportunities across Focus workflows.
• Prioritize work based on customer impact, adoption, revenue growth, differentiation, quality and long-term value.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, platform, data, research, GTM, support and partners.
• Translate complex customer and business needs into pragmatic product decisions balancing near-term adoption with scale.
• Define quality bars for AI-powered experiences including evals, human-in-the-loop, trust, permissions and governance.
• Use evidence, telemetry, competitive insights, and AI-assisted analysis to size opportunities and communicate investment decisions.
