Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, seeks a Lead Product Manager to own its Reporting capabilities and ROI narrative. You will guide analytics product strategy for a growing enterprise audience, including AI-driven features from NLI, balancing ease of use for mid-market customers with scale for large accounts.

You will lead a cross-functional team of designers and engineers, partnering with sales to close large deals and measure success against North Star metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with meaningful time in a platform or infrastructure-adjacent capacity, ideally at a company serving Enterprise customers.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products with data modeling and pipeline decisions.
• Strong ability to navigate cross-team data dependencies and translate requirements into outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Reporting capabilities end-to-end, shaping strategy for how customers interact with and consume data in MaintainX.
• Evolve reporting and analytics for frontline managers to enterprise audiences, including ops, finance, and EHS.
