Job summary

Truv is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Data Sources platform to own the roadmap for document ingestion, fraud detection, bank connectivity, and data reliability. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Operations, and GTM to deliver scalable, high-impact products that improve data coverage and trust across the platform.

You will lead a small team, set strategic priorities, and mentor PMs while maintaining close client engagement and external representation of Truv's

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with data/fintech/verification focus.
• Experience owning a data-intensive product such as document understanding, OCR, or fraud.
• Strong technical fluency in extraction models, APIs, and pipeline architecture.
• Track record delivering SLA and reliability improvements.
• Experience in regulated industries (mortgage, lending, government).
• Excellent written communication for specs and one-pagers.
• Customer-obsessed and user-driven roadmap.
• Experience with verification or KYC/KYB products used by lenders.
• Comfort in a startup with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-quarter roadmap for Data Sources across docs, fraud, and aggregation.
• Write specs and 1-pagers; partner with Eng and Data Science to scope and ship.
• Talk to clients weekly; translate feedback into prioritized roadmap.
• Own metrics: accuracy, fraud catch rate, bank connection success, SLA.
• Lead and mentor PMs and engineers; drive shipping speed and quality.
• Represent Truv's data sources story externally (sales, conferences, partners).
