Sprig in San Francisco seeks a Lead Product Manager, Core to own survey capabilities and workflows. You’ll shape creation logic, distribution channels, and enterprise features across teams, partnering with engineering, design, and GTM. This hands-on IC role reports to the CEO and requires strong judgment and independent drive.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management.
• Experience shipping enterprise capabilities and adoption.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous initiatives.
• Strong customer research and product analytics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set direction using research, data, and competitive insights.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to validate workflows.
• Prioritize work to improve adoption, expand contracts, and retention.
• Lead from discovery to launch with clear requirements.
• Define success metrics and post-launch optimization.
• Communicate tradeoffs with clear rationale across teams.
