Smithey Ironware Company is hiring a Product Manager to own the cast iron and carbon steel cookware categories. You will drive the category roadmap from concept to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality, performance, and brand integrity.

You will translate strategy into briefs, manage project timelines, and partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market plans, while acting as the category expert for ongoing improvements and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development, product management or brand marketing in consumer goods or manufacturing.

• Own category roadmap for cast iron and carbon steel cookware.
• Translate strategy into clear product briefs and requirements for design and specs.
