Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management for the Card Authorizations Platform. You will own the product strategy, customer experience, and roadmap across testing, deployment, and infrastructure costs, driving velocity and platform reliability.

The role collaborates with engineers, leadership, and stakeholders to optimize cloud costs and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on end-to-end testing and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, customer experience, and roadmap across Testing, Deployment, and Infrastructure & Cost pillars with OKR alignment.
• Lead initiatives such as E2E Customer Journey Testing Automation, Platform Performance testing, and Continuous Deployment Enablement.
• Collaborate with technical partners to define requirements and tooling options with an adopt-first mindset.
• Serve internal customers from engineers to platform leadership with visibility into operating costs across infrastructure, programs and processes.
