Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management.
• Ownership of a product line or portfolio.
• Track record of setting product strategy, not just executing a roadmap.
• Deep specialty pharma / patient support domain expertise.
• Understanding of hub services, patient support programs (PSPs), benefit verification, prior authorization, copay and financial assistance, and payor/PBM workflows.
• Strong systems thinking.
• Fluency with data, including defining metrics, owning dashboards, and making roadmap decisions from evidence.
• Proven ability to operate in a regulated, safety‑first environment where accuracy and compliance are non‑negotiable.
• Senior cross‑functional and executive‑facing leadership.
• Direct customer experience.
• Consulting experience serving pharma / life sciences clients (bonus).
• Working knowledge of CRMs, such as Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud (bonus).
• Experience owning customer implementations (bonus).
• Experience shipping AI/ML or agentic products (bonus).
