Job summary

CoreWeave, the essential cloud for AI, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Models to oversee experiment tracking and the end-to-end ML workflow. You’ll collaborate with W&B and CoreWeave engineers to optimize how researchers design, run, and analyze experiments at scale.

You’ll drive visualization of training runs, monitor curves and metrics, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver features that accelerate hypothesis testing and results across frontier labs and enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced with ML research workflows and translating insights into product decisions.
• 3+ years in product management for developer or researcher audiences, with shipped products.
• Strong instincts for data visualization and design of charts, dashboards, or comparison views.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Codex) and pursuit of AI-enabled workflows.
• Able to read training scripts, discuss evaluation methods, and engage with engineers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for experiment tracking, focusing on runs organization, comparison, and insight generation.
• Shape visualization and monitoring of training runs, surfacing losses, metrics, and evals across web and mobile.
• Lead evaluation integration within Models: logging, comparing, and analyzing eval results across runs and steps.
• Define scalable analysis for large experiment histories, enabling AI-assisted insights.
• Engage with frontier labs and enterprise teams to translate user learnings into product decisions.
• Deliver with quality and speed, guiding problem definition through launch with user feedback.
