Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-driven SDLC.
• 3+ years leading product teams.
• Proven track record shipping complex products.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Product Managers with coaching and mentoring.
• Mentor PMs, identify growth areas, set expectations.
• Lead cross-team collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX for planning, development, launch and enhancements.
• Develop product plans with executive leadership to align with market needs and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with customers and cloud ecosystem partners to define functional and technical requirements with engineering.
• Encourage data-driven decisions using metrics, user feedback, and customer partnerships.
• Work with product and marketing to craft content, messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Integrate AI into day-to-day product management to boost efficiency and customer value.
