Job summary

Kettle is seeking a Lead, Product Management to own complex, multi-stream engagements end-to-end, setting the product direction and ensuring teams understand priorities and rationale.

You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to shape success metrics, roadmaps, and deliver AI-powered product features. This role requires strong leadership and communication across B2B and B2C contexts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management, strategy, or a related discipline in an agency or product environment.
• Experience setting product direction: defining vision and validating decisions against market and user research.
• Strong communication skills to bring a team along from stakeholder needs to acceptance criteria.
• Experience owning and evolving product roadmaps and driving sprint planning with production.
• Comfort analyzing product performance using analytics, user testing, and qualitative research.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc of an engagement, from kickoff to launch.
• Set direction and communicate rationale to keep strategy and delivery aligned.
• Collaborate across Design, Engineering, Copy, Strategy, and Production.
• Develop more junior product managers and grow their craft.
• Adapt across different working styles and timelines, from quick-turn optimization to long-term thinking.
