The Product Lead will own the DEX product for a well-funded crypto infrastructure company, shaping its direction and setting priorities for what gets built. You will work closely with leadership and senior engineers to translate trader feedback into the roadmap, APIs and trading experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role with no PM team to manage, ideal for a Senior PM seeking broader ownership or a Head of Product who builds directly.

We’re recruiting a Product Lead on behalf of a well‑funded crypto infrastructure company building a DEX for institutional and professional traders.

This person will be the dedicated product owner for the DEX, with the scope to shape its direction, set priorities and decide what gets built. The product is already live with early users, so you’ll have a working foundation and meaningful influence over its next stage.

Working directly with company leadership and senior engineers, you’ll stay close to traders and turn their needs into the roadmap, trading experience and APIs.

It’s a hands‑on leadership role with no PM team to manage. A strong fit for a Senior PM ready for broader ownership, or a Head of Product who enjoys building directly.

We’re looking for someone who has
