Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the data roadmap for an AML project, guiding upstream and downstream data flows with stakeholders.

You will manage production pipelines, translate end-user needs into data models, prioritize deliverables, and collaborate with modeling and investigative teams to set expectations and build a clear roadmap. This is a hybrid role in the McLean/Richmond area for a 7-month engagement.

Position: Lead Product Manager

Duration: 7 Months

Location: Mclean/Richmond local preferred - hybrid (3 days in office per week)

Team Overview:

• Risk management team; data product team. Anti money laundering process team.
• Product manager, data analysts, engineers.

Position Overview:

• Managing production pipeline
• Upstream/downstream data management.
  • Upstream; sharing all the data is needed
  • Downstream stakeholder- working with modeling and investigative team, building road map and setting expectation on the data.
• Delivering data models to the team.
• Same discover integration project
• Prioritizing
• Working with end users to prioritize to meet end needs and building road maps for the project.

Must Have Skills:

• Jira from management with tech team
• Custom practices to track work with stakeholders. No specific tools.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Data product side
• Not looking for data mobile apps/web apps. More of a data lead.

Interview Process:

• 30 minute convo, get background discuss interest and questions about progress. Behavioral style discussions.

Questions:

• How technical is this role? Need to be comfortable with data, have partners to handle technical questions. They are building a data project so they need to understand how its used.
• Big plus: experience managing data teams.
