Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a Lead Product Engineer to drive design and development of new products and manufacturing processes. You will lead product designers and engineers, apply CAD tools, and ensure ISO quality compliance from concept through production.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 10 years of relevant experience, and strong expertise with Creo, Windchill, and SolidWorks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; BS/ME preferred.
10 years of relevant work experience.
5 years of Creo (ProE) experience.
Experience with Product Development in an ISO controlled environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
4 years of project management experience.
Proficient with FEA modeling and analysis.
Experience with Windchill or other PDM software.
Experience with SolidWorks and SpaceClaim.
Green Belt; SPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive commercially viable technical solutions and product offerings.
Lead and mentor Product Designers and Product Engineers in their teams.
Apply CAD technologies and tools to design and development processes.
Ensure ISO quality procedures are followed across projects.
Lead execution of new products from concept to production and validation.
Provide technical customer support and documentation.
