We’re searching for an exceptional Senior Product Designer with a deep passion for visually stunning, seamless user interactions. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of evolving Zoom Whiteboard, our canvas-based collaborative tool, where you’ll combine top-tier visual design with masterful micro-interactions to elevate every user experience. This role is perfect for a designer with bold ideas and the drive to create meaningful, delightful, and intuitive digital experiences across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Designing Brilliance: Leading and defining feature upgrades and usability improvements that will have a high impact on how people connect through Zoom Whiteboard.
2. Collaborating & Inspiring: Partnering with product managers, engineers, and designers to set new standards for visual and interaction design.
3. Raising the Bar: Establishing Zoom’s Whiteboard as a top-tier tool through exceptional visual and interaction design within a dynamic, iterative design culture.
4. Hands-On in Figma: Crafting and prototyping interactions and interfaces that captivate users across multiple devices.
5. Advocating for Users: Championing user-centered design principles and challenging assumptions to uncover the best solutions.
6. Being a Creative Collaborator: Collaborating with design teams across Zoom to refine, inspire, and innovate through collective insight and feedback.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years in user-centered design focusing on high-level visual and functional design, and micro-interactions.
• Proven expertise across desktop, mobile, and tablet interfaces.
• Ability to push boundaries, inspire, influence, and drive cross-functional teams.
• Expertise working with Figma.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in motion design (nice-to-have).

Minimum

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $124,000 - $271,200. Note: Compensation is based on factors including qualifications and experience, with location-based adjustments.
