Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience and a strong background in systems thinking and user experience design. A commitment to on-site work at Gallup’s Omaha office is required, along with a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• At least six years of experience designing digital products.
• At least two years working at a senior design level.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product experiences.
• Experience working within design systems.
• Proficiency in modern component-based design workflows.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools in design.
