Job summary

CompassX is seeking a senior product designer to lead design for complex features across app, web, kiosk, and loyalty programs. You will own the process from problem framing through user flows, prototyping, and detailed design, shaping experiences for global brands.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to influence requirements and delivery, bringing portfolio-level thinking, accessibility, and design systems to life.
