Job summary

pumpcareers is seeking a Product Designer to shape how thousands see and manage cloud/AI spend. Own end-to-end experience from onboarding to dashboards and AI cost tracking. Hybrid role, from user research to shipped code, using Claude and Cursor to prototype with engineers.

You’ll craft a clean, minimal design at speed in a startup scaling quickly, collaborating directly with founders and engineers to deliver impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a product designer
BS or MS in CS, Engineering, Graphic Design, or related field
Proficiency in Claude, Cursor, Figma, Lottie and other design/prototyping tools
Strong graphic design proficiency preferred
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions
Implement and test new product features ensuring intuitive and reliable experiences
Lean towards clean, minimal, modern UX
Conduct user research, feedback analysis, and data-driven insights
Collaborate with UX/UI to create intuitive interfaces
Work with backend and frontend engineers to integrate features
Participate in code reviews and maintain quality standards
