Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role.
• 5+ years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, direct junior team members, and mentor to mature the design practice at Capital One.
• Navigate partner needs, leverage data and research insights, and focus on customer-centered solutions and inclusive design.
• Apply insights on customers, competitors and market trends to shape a shared product vision with partners.
